Hello! I am Jefferson Bermudo, Jeff for short. I am a Grade 12 ABM Student. I love to write. In fact, I have written tons of short stories and written scripts for films and role plays (That’s a start). As I discover on how to make a blog these past few days, it caught my attention. I realize that as a person who belongs to the group of people that have so many unsaid things, I want to influence people to have their confidence to speak with their heart
Moreover, aside from writing random stuff that I thought of, I am also planning to tackle things that are related on my ABM (Accountancy, Business, and Management) strand and my passion on videography, photography, etc. I would love to connect with people who have the same interest as mine. Somehow, I could not think of any plans regarding me writing blogs; but i do hope that with this, I am able to make people feel better about themselves.

Life does really throws unexpected obstacles to hinder us, but we should use it as an instrument to build ourselves. This blog post symbolizes me surpassing the wolves. A ROAD LEADING TO OTHER JOURNEYS
“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
That is a question that should be answered since childhood. But me, as an innocent individual, answered, “I don’t know.”
Finishing 10th Grade is really a challenge for me. There were so many options that I have considered to be my future career. A chef, an engineer, and many more. Pressured, no idea, bahala na (whatever will be will be), time has come to choose my strand. Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) can be an interesting choice, I said to myself.
A battle I engaged with confidence as my weapon and self doubt as a weakness, I am still surviving and gaining new knowledge everyday. Never did expect that I will like this strand and that I will find my true calling, to become a director – scriptwriter. I am also indulged on photography and that is my hobby.
I am planning to be an accountant and study again to pursue my passion, so if there would be an opportunity to answer that question again, I want to be successful and contented when I grow up.
Life, really, is full of ups and downs. Sometimes, we are sure; but, there are lots of things in this world that is covered with uncertainty. Doubts, fears, and being tired to take risks are normal. People dragging you down are everywhere. In this ride called life, be with someone who will scream with you when life throws and messes you up. Live everyday, we only die once.
Out of all the stuff that revolves around the business world, videocommercials really captivated my heart. I think that it builds a bridge between my strand and passion. Seeing brilliant masterpieces really inspired me a lot to engage more in this particular field.

WHY COMMERCIALS ARE IMPORTANT NOWADAYS

Video commercials, for me, is an act of communication towards two people – the business and the customers. I think everyone should be enlightened that the relevance of video commercials are more than introducing a particular service or product. It is an art, a masterpiece. It fosters wisdom, realizations, and emotions. Despite simple execution, it is able to provide extravagance. With that, commercials are truly special.
This is a Japanese commercial. I admire its unique concept and the execution of it. I also commend the fact that the product its advertising is all about chocolate which was only revealed in the end. That really took an unexpected turn.
This is one of my favorite Thailand commercials. As noticed, Thailand includes a touch of comedy with lessons on their video commercials. I learned the difference between seeing and looking. They judge only with what they see, but does not look within. I think that people should stop being judgmental and start understanding individuals.
As expected, Thailand commercials are one of the best. Somehow, as I watched this clip, I realize the concept of loving yourself even more and having the confidence to not depend your happiness on anyone. Be natural and be simple. Do not let others validate on how precious you are. I also love the fact that her best friend is always at her side.
Levi’s is a shop prominent for its jeans, jackets, and clothing for men, women, and kids. This video commercial made me cry, to be honest. The emotions are raw, the intentions are true. The love is beyond words. Christmas is truly within the heart of people. I also like how the jacket symbolizes his father being around always for his son.
Department of Health’s commercial towards family planning provides awareness to the social issue that is really evident in the Philippines. This is my very first favorite commercial. Its message is meaningful and relevant, and the way they interpreted it using a song is a job well done.
ABM students are equipped to manage all kind of aspects such as businesses, and love life.

They can balance their time and do tasks efficiently and effectively.

As they battle so many paper works like journal entries and balance sheets, they have patience to face any challenges.

They always see everything as a business opportunity.
